PHOTOS: Incredible pictures capture wild dust storm hitting Australian coast
WEST Australians have witnessed a wild dust storm off the coast of Onslow as they brace themselves for tropical cyclone Narelle.
The incredible images emerged after strong wind gusts and rain caused the storm to dump the sand and dust it had gathered while passing Onslow, according to the Bureau of Meteorology.
BOM Regional Manager of Climate Services Glenn Cook said the dust storm was not directly related to Tropical Cyclone Narelle because the centre of the cyclone was hundreds of kilometres off. Click below for full story -
